Keeping Up With the Jones   as bourgeois as it gets

So I cheat on my wife, what’s the big deal? We’ve been on the rocks for sometime now. I even think she’s seeing someone on the side too. We both deserve to be cheated on. This marriage is a farce. Who are we kidding?

At work, we make and sell widgets. I found out one of my co-workers is stealing widgets and selling them on the side for extra cash. I don’t know if I should bring this up to somebody or keep it in my back pocket for a day when it’ll come in handy?

I really should stop telling people my wife is always in the hospital. People might start to think I’m lying. I should rotate different ailments on the people in my life so that I can get off from work and get my fix of sympathy? Maybe next time I’ll say my nana is sick instead?

Michael Jackson, the king of pop, has died today, multiple news sources have confirmed. I will always remember the “Thriller” Michael Jackson.

Did you know that if I don’t do enough work, management will think we are overstaffed and threaten us with lay offs?

If we do too much work, management will think we are overstaffed and threaten us with lay offs as well.

If we do just enough work, management will think we aren’t profitable and threaten us with lay offs.

I don’t know what to do. If there’s not enough work, I’m worried about lay offs. If there’s too much work, I feel stressed and overwhelmed and I want to quit.

I lose either way.

I have this urge to blog out the dirty laundry at work. Yes, you all know who you are.

Summer 2009 just kicked off. Maybe that should be an excuse to start writing again? Maybe that should be the theme, what happens during the summer?

I am beginning to want to begin writing again.

I’m here. I don’t know how to begin. I don’t know where to begin. I don’t know when to begin. I will just begin.
